ChurchTrac

ChurchTrac is our church management software. It contains all of our attendee information, our bookkeeping, and our scheduling and service planning. We also use it to track training and other points of contact with our Pinewoods Family.

"Church Connect" is the software name of the member portal portion of ChurchTrac. It allows individuals to log in and view their own information: email, phone number, address, scheduled dates for volunteering in ministry, upcoming service orders, giving history, and a directory.  We call this the Pinewoods Hub App.

Anyone at Pinewoods can access the Pinewoods Hub App by following these steps:

1. Go to PinewoodsHub.com

2. Log in with an email address that Pinewoods already has.

3. Click the hamburger menu (3 horizontal lines) on the top left to view your profile, events, and the directory.

4. Click the appropriate block to view your scheduled dates, giving history, and other options.


5. For instructions on how to install the App on your smartphone or tablet, visit PinewoodsChapel.com/app

The Pinewoods Hub App is designed to allow our attenders, both online and in-person, to connect in one place.
